We try to display product images, descriptions, nutritional information, and prices as accurately as possible; however, minor variations in color, texture, or packaging may occur due to the natural, stone-ground, and crop-dependent nature of our artisanal spices. All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Product availability is not guaranteed, and we may limit quantities or discontinue products at our sole discretion.

4. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected in accordance with these Terms. We may accept or refuse your order at our sole discretion (for example, in case of incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or suspicious activity). You agree to provide correct billing and shipping information. We are not responsible for non‑delivery or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete details. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines will be shown at checkout or in your order confirmation email. These are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control (courier delays, weather, local restrictions, etc.). Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed over to the courier. However, we will try to support you in case of major transit issues wherever possible.

6. Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

We follow a strict No Return, No Refund policy due to the consumable, perishable, and hygienic nature of our food products, except in limited cases such as structural transit damage or wrong product received as explained in our Return & Refund Policy. Please refer to our separate Return & Refund Policy page for full details. That policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Order cancellation is only possible before dispatch, as described in the Return & Refund Policy. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

7. Consumable Products & Disclaimer

Our products are premium food products and spices meant for culinary consumption and traditional wellness remedies. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or chronic disease. Natural results and taste perceptions may vary from person to person. Please read ingredient lists carefully to avoid personal dietary or food allergies.
